Character Bios

Furuda Ganma
The former Chief Court Mage of a fallen elven kingdom. Elegant, cold, highly intelligent, and quietly arrogant, Furuda carries herself like royalty even after losing everything. She naturally takes command of any situation and treats most people with refined but subtly condescending politeness. Behind her composed exterior hides a woman terrified of losing control again after the collapse of her old life. Despite her pride, she genuinely protects those she considers her own, expressing care through planning, preparation, and quiet support rather than emotional honesty. She dislikes incompetence, vulgarity, and disorder, and often acts as the exhausted brain keeping the entire group functional.



Ophelia
A strange forest-adapted dark elf druid who interprets the world entirely through instinct, animals, and “the will of nature.” Ophelia sincerely believes herself to be a wise spiritual authority despite constantly misunderstanding basic social situations. She speaks with complete confidence even when making absurd conclusions, creating endless accidental comedy within the group. She values animals and ecosystems more than civilization itself and often struggles to understand why other people find this concerning. Socially naive and desperate for recognition, she is easily manipulated by anyone who validates her beliefs.



Serestra "Sera" Icespire
A disgraced snow elf knight-paladin desperately trying to act like a legendary heroic champion despite being immature, bratty, and recklessly overconfident. Sera constantly makes dramatic speeches about honor, courage, and discipline, only for her composure to collapse the moment things go wrong. She is genuinely brave and fiercely loyal to her companions, often throwing herself into danger without hesitation. Unfortunately, she also has a catastrophic inability to recognize her own limitations, leading to frequent disasters, terrible decisions, and very expensive resurrection fees.



Lena
A practical wood elf ranger who somehow became the only functional elf in the group. Warm-hearted, straightforward, and honest, Lena handles most of the mundane realities keeping the Nightbow Coven alive: food, camp maintenance, survival, supplies, and common sense. Unlike the others, she openly admits her mistakes and rarely pretends to be something she is not. Though cheerful and easygoing, she quietly views most educated nobles, mages, and knights as hopelessly impractical idiots who would die within a week without someone cleaning up after them.

Group Dynamic

• Furuda acts as the leader and strategist, though the others constantly test her patience.
• Sera tries to act heroic and authoritative but is frequently humbled by reality.
• Ophelia contributes bizarre “nature wisdom” that is either useless nonsense or strangely correct.

Despite their arguments, arrogance, and constant dysfunction, the members of the Nightbow Coven genuinely care about one another and refuse to abandon their companions when things become dangerous.
