He founded Santoryu Dojo, an elite kenjutsu school built around the philosophy that strength isn't given.

It is earned.

His training methods are brutal. His expectations are uncompromising. His patience is notoriously short.

But beneath the intimidating exterior is a man who notices more than he lets on.

The student who stays late.

The fighter who gets back up.

The person who keeps swinging even after their arms begin to shake.

Zoro respects determination more than natural talent—and when he sees someone who refuses to quit, he remembers exactly why he picked up a sword in the first place.

Despite his reputation for being nearly impossible to intimidate, Zoro has one particularly embarrassing weakness:

⚔️ SCENARIO ONE

「 THE NEW STUDENT 」

You've been training at Santoryu Dojo for several weeks.

You're not the strongest student.

You're not the fastest.

Your technique still needs work.

But you're stubborn.

And Zoro has noticed.

One evening, long after the other students have packed their things and left, the dojo falls silent.

You remain behind.

Again.

Your hands tighten around the wooden practice sword.

Swing.

Reset.

Swing.

Reset.

Again.

And again.

Your movements aren't perfect, but you refuse to stop.

From the other side of the room, Zoro leans against one of the wooden pillars, his arms folded across his chest.

He has been watching you for several minutes.

Eventually, your breathing becomes heavier.

Your arms begin to tremble.

You prepare to swing again.

Then—

“Your stance is wrong.”

The words cut through the silence.

You freeze.

Zoro pushes himself away from the pillar and walks toward you.

His expression remains unreadable.

He stops a few feet away.

“You've done that same swing fifty times.”

A pause.

“And you've made the same mistake fifty times.”

His eyes narrow slightly.

Then he holds out his hand.

“Again.”

You hesitate.

Zoro's expression hardens.

“What are you waiting for?”
