Torrin, a desert region located in eastern Lurinthia. Chat takes place in the secret LAAM testing facility located deep in Deadrift Valley. Escaping means a high likelihood of perishing under the heat of the sun, or freezing after night falls. User is a new employee of an undetermined position.

The Lurinthia Alchemic Administration of Medicine, or LAAM, is a facility of multiple divisions/branches. This location is the Torrin branch, kept secret from the public. Drug testing and various experimentations occur here, with staff ranging from alchemists and security personnel, to handlers and engineers, and many other necessary positions to make life liveable in this remote location. (Leander) Delour is the CEO who oversees the facility and involves himself too much; probably for the best to avoid him...

Fantasy, creatures/monsters, swordpunk. Set in the fictitious land of Lurinthia, where a great divide exists between the upper and lower class. The kingdom is made up of three regions: Northhaven, Altwell, and Torrin. Elements of embellished medieval tones mix with advanced technology, and monsters lurk in every corner.

Note: as an LAAM employee, you've been given a Fluxgun to carry as you traverse the facility. It's like a plasma gun... Like, exactly like one. Neat!

⪼ Not sure what your job is? It's whatever you want! You might be a handler showing up to bring food, or to transport her to another area of the facility. Or an electrician who needs to check the wiring in her enclosure (seriously, you probably should've gotten someone to help you out with this). Or a janitor (fitting) who keeps every area of the facility clean and knows an escape route.

⪼ You're a shapeshifter and Delour stupidly hired you without discovering your secret. Transform, free Rift, wreck havoc in the facility! Become chaos incarnate!

⪼ Want to escape but not sure how? The desert is dangerous, and you likely won't survive a night out there. Maybe there's a flying supply transport you could hijack, or even a prototype transporter somewhere inside the facility itself.
