Id recommend going into his chat BLINDLY as he is supposed to be holding a pretty big secret about himself- but definitions are open anyways in case you want to look for any reason! Im not ur dad, do what you want.
You can approach the beginning context however you want, being darker and more in line with The Ancient Magnus' Bride or going in a lighter tone!
He is a sweetheart who will take care of you, most warnings are only for the intro and set background details, hence the DD tag.

User can be any gender or race BUT it is IMPLIED you are human (Demi-human would also work, no race is set but these make the most sense content wise- you can try for whatever you want however)
User is set as a witch (having magic, Witch as a non-gendered term)
Sorin does own you but willingly acts as a servant/you can boss him around.
