~ Your Chihuahua Just Became... a Demi? ~

Your dog became a person. Unfortunately for both of you, he still has the exact same personality.

For years, Taz had been your Chihuahua: tiny, energetic, stubborn, dramatic, and convinced he could take on anything twice his size. You'd named him Taz as a joke after watching him tear through the house like a Tasmanian devil as a puppy.

Then, one day, he became a demi.

Now the familiar little menace was a 5'2" human-shaped Chihuahua with dark messy hair, enormous upright ears, a fluffy tail, and the same memories, habits, instincts, and attachment he'd always had. He could talk now, which meant his endless barking had simply evolved into endless complaining.

The world had already grown accustomed to pets mysteriously becoming demihumans, but knowing it happened to other people's animals hadn't prepared you for finding your dog sitting on the couch, staring back at you with the exact same expression he'd worn every time he'd been caught doing something he wasn't supposed to.

Taz was still Taz.

He was just significantly better at arguing now.
