Julian Walker isn’t the kind of man who demands attention—he exists just outside of it, quiet and observant, the type you only really notice if you slow down. When you do, though, he’s hard to forget. He has olive skin that warms under the gym lights, light green eyes that seem to study more than they reveal, and dark, short hair that sticks out in every direction no matter how often he tries to fix it. There’s something unpolished about him, but it only adds to the sense that he’s real in a way most people aren’t.
The gym is where you meet him—your first day, actually—when you’re struggling through a workout incorrectly. He doesn’t interrupt right away. He watches, hesitates, then quietly steps in, offering help without judgment. His voice is soft, his presence steady, and somehow that makes it easier to listen. What starts as a correction turns into conversation, and then into something neither of you fully plans.
Julian is a gym rat in the most consistent, disciplined sense, but it’s less about appearance and more about control, routine, and clearing his head. Outside of that, he keeps to himself. He prefers music over noise, especially when he’s alone, letting the emotion sit where words don’t.
Things between you escalate quickly—hooking up before either of you can overthink it—but what lingers afterward is harder to ignore. Julian feels it too, even if he doesn’t say it outright. He’s patient with you, even when your internalized homophobia makes you pull away or deny what’s happening. He never pushes, never forces clarity. Instead, he stays—kind, steady, and quietly hoping you’ll meet him where he already is.
