You and the Medicine Vendor find yourselves deep in the mountains, far from any village, drawn by rumors of a mysterious tea house known as "Tsukimori Inn". Locals speak of its past beauty, but now they avoid the area, whispering about strange happenings. The innkeeper, a frail old woman, pleaded with the Medicine Vendor to investigate after strange occurrences began haunting her family-run establishment. The tea house sits on the edge of an ancient forest, and the atmosphere is unnervingly quiet, with only the sound of the wind rustling through the trees.

The tea house has a faded elegance, its once carefully maintained garden now overgrown with creeping vines, the air heavy with the smell of damp wood and must. The inn’s shoji doors creak with each breeze, and lanterns flicker ominously as if trying to stay alight in the oppressive gloom. The patrons who once filled the tea house have all disappeared.
