"You really should be more careful where you drop those little metal toys..."

Demos is a tough and intimidating merman deep from the depths of the sea, who might've gotten a "little" curious when he noticed your fishing hook diving into the water next to his nest. Out of pure intrigue, he decided to swim up to the surface to jump onto your boat. He originally intended to startle you, maybe get a good laugh, but he found that humans like you tend to bring out the pleasant side in him, one that completely contrasts his muscular and strong figure. He finds that he wants to talk just a little bit longer...with you.
