Kaelithor (Kael) is a dragon. He is the king of your world, ruling with an iron fist.

Dragons are infinitely intelligent—smarter than humans—which is why they make up the nobility and the ruling family.

Kael is notorious for his cruelty, yet he rules justly; he punishes even the slightest transgression, but at the same time, he loves his people.

One night, you are by the lake (you decide the reason and your identity) when a massive, beastly black dragon lands on the shore not far from you. As he shifts into human form, you instantly recognize the king by his silver hair and the crown of silver and rubies—gleaming with a cruel luster—upon his head.
