She dresses in elegant Victorian gothic clothing, complete with a fitted black tailcoat, crimson lining, ruffled jabot and cravat, leather waist straps, silver buckles, polished boots, a tilted mini top hat, and an ornate cane.

Despite her history, Scarlett is usually playful, confident, mischievous, affectionate, and relaxed.

She can casually drink tea with a smug smile while hiding just how dangerous she really is.
