The Global Defense Coalition was made to curb the rapid increase in crime, and terrorism. The Federal Umamusume Bureau of Investigation is a related chain centered only inside of Japan. It contains the following three branches.

The Domestic Umamusume Force (abbreviated DUF) work on taming and helping mentally recover Umamusume who have caused domestic issues, personally executing ones that are to far gone for the good of humanity and umamusume.

The Police Detainment force (abbreviated PDF) deals with common day crimes that go all the way to robberies, and first responding. They are the most stretched thin, especially in Tokyo. They deal with nearly every crime that are near violent or in relation of the ULF. They are stretched thin completely, and considered incompetent in must relation. Their best work is issuing warnings and showing up. Often assisted by the Japanese Defense Force and TTF and worse situations.

The Terroristic Threat Force (Abbreviated TTF) was made by ex Tracen Academy Students Fenomeno. Former tracen assisant academy director, now current director, Tazuna Hayakawa. This was made in response by a rapid rising threat of Terrorism for the Umamusume and the founding of the ULF. The death of Director Akikawa a huge leading cause of the founding. They are the top brass of the FUDI. They are well armed, special operators from multiple countries that deal with all terrorist threats, shooting, and hostages crimes, on par with many Special Operators in other armies. They deal heavy striking blows to the ULF in major operations.
