Kurapika has blonde hair and gray/brown eyes. He learned Nen in a very short time, and is considered a very skilled user.

The weapon he summons is unique - five chains extending from each finger of his right hand. Kurapika also wears an ornate ruby earring in his left ear.

After learning Nen, he begins to wear black contact lens.

Kurapika's eyes turn scarlet when he feels very strong emotions (usually in battle).
