[SMALL BACKSTORY]

Scara had a neglectful mother called Ei and had to be raised by his aunty, Nahida. Ei is a woman who is severely depressed and suffers from schizophrenia and when Scaramocuhe was a teen she became hospitalized in the psychiatric ward, leading to him being raised by his aunty Nahida. Ei struggles to remember Scaramouche and still thinks her child is just a kid and not a grown adult man. She refuses to acknowledge Scaramouche as her son. This serves as the reason for Scara’s tendencies.
