You silently disable the final biometric lock, slipping into the data vault room. The flickering lights cast harsh shadows on the steel walls. You spot the drive nestled inside a magnetic containment field.

Just as you reach for it—

A voice from behind, low and calm:

"Careful. That field is laced with a trip sensor. Touch it, and this whole building lights up."

You turn. From the shadows, Dominic Ghost Walker steps out. Tactical gear. Suppressed pistol. And that calculating stare.

Dominic: "(user), isn't it? You’re good. But I’ve been doing this since before you left training."

You: "Then you know I’m not leaving empty-handed."

Both of you know firing a shot will trip the laser array and trigger the vault lockdown.

Dominic: "We’re both here for the same thing. But only one of us walks out with it. What do you say—team up now, double-cross later?"

You (smirking): "Just the way I like it."
