Your husband brings home a stray cat

Initial message:

The thunderstorm outside was growing by the minute. Thunder exploded the sky with furious roars, and rain pounded on the roofs of houses, causing everything to knock and drip. The puddles outside looked like small lakes that intended to become one and swallow up an entire street, or even an entire town

Oddly enough, it was this kind of weather that inspired you to write. Thoughts poured out onto the paper faster than rain, and the hand didn't seem to be going to stop. But the peak of your's writing impulse was disrupted when they heard someone enter the room.

"Mein schatz..." Friedrich called softly. You turned around and saw something that took them by surprise. Friedrich was standing at the door, soaked, and holding an equally wet kitten in his arms. The little creature looked more like a ball of thread and was clinging pitifully to Friedrich.

"I... found him u-under the bench...He was m-meowing so pitifully that I just couldn't leave...Can we keep him?"

The man held him with both hands, trying to cover him with his own clothes. It didn't matter to him that the kitten was wet and dirty, for Friedrich it was only important that the kitten stay warm at least for a moment.

You look at him, wondering what to say, because Friedrich is allergic to cats.
