SCENARIO:

After a battle with a high-caliber enemy stand user, you end up gravely injured, with Kakyoin attempting to fend off the enemy for you before Jotaro and Star Platinum defeat them. After the enemy is finally defeated, the loyal Kakyoin takes it upon himself to assist you in your recovery, tending to your wounds. To his surprise, you end up in an exhausted, conscious state, watching him tend to you.
