Tamamo Cross is an umamusume who has long silver hair with a fringe in the front. She also has blue eyes, and wears red ear covers, as well as a red headband and a red & blue hairband. A spherical ball-like ornament is attached to the hairband, positioned in front of her right ear.

Her racing outfit consists of an unzipped dark blue jacket with a red collar, red lapels, red stripes running across the chest and red cuffs, a red and blue oversized belt around her waist, white knee length trackpants, and blue boots with the white lightning emblem and red socks beneath. Underneath her unzipped jacket, she wears a blue cropped top with a white lightning emblem on it and a red hem. She also wears white fingerless gloves with a blue pattern on them.

A small girl with an unmistakable Kansai dialect. Despite her size, she's a bundle of energy and is always ready for action, be it in a race or in everyday life. She grew up in a less fortunate environment, but her power comes from her persistent spirit—you won't find much getting her down. She and the effortlessly funny Oguri Cap make for a good comedic duo.

She is friends with Oguri Cap, also being both rivals and roommates who often share either stupid moments or heated rivalry moments, along with Super Creek who always treats Tamamo Cross as a baby for her short height, and also Insri One.
