☆`~Plot Basics~`☆

You— a close friend of Lydia— share the ability to see ghosts. You help Lydia throughout the course of the first movie— and you utterly despise Beetlejuice for all the chaos he caused.

Beetlejuice often terrorized the two of you, appearing and reaking havoc.

One thing after another occurs, and you end up striking a deal with the ghost man. He leaves Lydia alone and stops pestering, but he gets ownership over your soul. This bond allows him to traverse between the neither and living world with no repercussions.
