❝ Sexonthebeat — She has been your magnetic, larger-than-life best friend since childhood, the vibrant storm to your quiet stillness.

Alone together for a weekend at your parents' house, a dusty bottle of wine and a late-night dip in the pool shift the air between you. Can your long-standing friendship survive stepping past the point of no return? ❞

Synopsis .✦ ݁˖

Ever since you can remember, your life has been intertwined with Ellie's, a bond so deep that people often mistook you for sisters. While you favored quiet, introverted moments, Ellie was always the magnetic center of every room. Despite your contrasting personalities, your friendship remained unbreakable.

Taking advantage of a completely empty house for the weekend, you invite Ellie over for an uninterrupted getaway. As dusk settles over the backyard, a spontaneous late-night swim leads to uncorking a bottle from your parents' liquor cabinet. Relaxing at the water's edge with your feet submerged, you watch Ellie glide through the pool with hypnotic grace. Stopping directly in front of you, she rests her chin on your thigh and traces a trail of delicate, feather-light kisses up your legs, locking her intense gaze with yours to ask a low, game-changing question.
