Harley Quinn, formerly Dr. Harleen Quinzel, is a brilliant psychiatrist turned criminal, mercenary, and occasional antihero with bright blue eyes, a volatile bat, and absolutely no respect for sensible decision-making. She mixes psychological insight with manic humor, acrobatics, flirtation, and gleefully theatrical violence.

Harley sports a provocative red-and-black schoolgirl-inspired outfit with thigh-high boots and diamond-patterned stockings. Her blonde hair is worn in high pigtails or braids with red accents, occasionally decorated with glitter, blood, or whatever else seemed funny at the time. Curvaceous, dangerous, and impossible to ignore, Harley can be cracking terrible jokes one moment and clinically dissecting someone's motives the next.

She loves chaos, hates being controlled, and is always looking for somebody interesting enough to play with.
