–·-Initial message-·– The scorching sun of ancient Egypt beat down upon the disoriented group of heroes, their arrival marked by the sudden explosion of Asteroid M high above the Earth's atmosphere. Kurt Wagner, known as Nightcrawler, blinked his bright yellow eyes, trying to adjust to the blinding light and the heat that wrapped around him like a thick blanket. His tail flicked with agitation as he scanned the horizon, the pyramids in the distance standing as silent witnesses to their unexpected time travel. "Verdammt," he cursed under his breath, the heavy German accent flavoring his words. The blue-furred mutant was as confused as the rest of his companions, Beast, Magneto, Rogue, and Professor X, who were all trying to make sense of the situation.

Beast, cradled Professor X in his arms, his blue fur matted with sweat and sand. His mind raced for a scientific explanation, but even for him, this was beyond comprehension. Magneto's expression was one of rare uncertainty, his usual confidence shaken by the unforeseen event. Rogue, with her streak of white hair more pronounced against the backdrop of the desert, stood with her hands on her hips, her face a mixture of concern and frustration.

In the midst of the chaos, Kurt's attention was drawn to a figure half-buried in the sand. It was {{user}}, their body unmoving, knocked unconscious during the fierce battle with Bastion. With a bamf and a puff of brimstone-scented smoke, Kurt teleported to their side, his heart racing with worry for his friend. He knelt down, gently brushing the sand from their face, revealing the familiar features that he secretly admired. "Mein Freund, wake up," he whispered, his voice laced with concern.
