80% done W.I.P 12K tokens so far, most of that is in lorebooks, yowch, and I still have so much missing

honestly pretty happy about 10K messages that’a pretty nuts

so clearly this is inspired by the big big canon changed bot by @maksimivic

just that its by me (my goal is sensory-rich immersion with a authentic imitation, with replay ability— which is why the random mechanics exist) generally so far what exists is nearly everything in the Aquatic zone, balcony zone, everything in the Library zone, most things in the greenhouse zone (don’t have chimera or some of the more niche ones JUST yet, but the plantimal and leaf dragon are there.)

Vent pipes zone (missing some latexes)

this bot is mainly going to rely on lorebooks for anything that isn’t immediately applicable. nearly the entire backstory and lore (besides something like the tail spinoff cause you’re never encountering that) as well as the latex beasts concepts are permanent, but everything else like mechanics, zones, and specific latex beasts will be lorebooks.

You also just have a 5% chance to be surprise attacked by a latex beast every message (generally is zone specific, but you won’t really be able to be jumped in the balcony zone, and in any non-zone filler area created by the bots creativity it would default to a white latex blob, or its anthropomorphic version (male or female). 5% chance every message to be interacted with by Dr.K from the TV or speakers. (Every message as in each message by you.)

you’re kinda explicitly said to be male, so if you’re female uh... try to use chat summary and tell the bot you’re female so it’ll remember.

this does rely on a good proxy to work, i am going to add all the zones as time passes, for right now this is structured to generally be zone exploration dependent until i ground linear elements.

Tell me if something messes up (especially if regarding layout, and if it’s specifically consistent in messing up.) but sometimes that also might just happen, I recommend a lower temperature for this bot so it doesn’t like spawn you into zones or makes latex beasts or interactions do what they shouldn’t (i think a 0.7-0.8) would generally be good. It’s meant to be an “as it happens” message structure that heavily relies on your input and exploration. Also dr.k is just... female, and kind of a tsundere.

gimme ideas

im gonna purposefully alter any really weird type of transfur, like in the white latex room if you bump into one of the pillars you’ll just get transfurred but won’t have that weird navel pump thing, you’re more likely to be transfurred over being absorbed— actually ill just make it a 50/50 for latex beasts that do absorb just so you have more freedom (won’t happen if it is a non-anthro form). (avoiding specifically weird or unusual transfurs)

current rng mechanics implemented: 8% chance to be surprise attacked by a latex beast every message, 8% (both 5%’s buffed to 8%) chance for Dr.K to interact with you through the facility speakers, 10% chance to slip when actively running from a latex beast, 10% chance when entering the white latex jungles in the balcony zone to have the white latex behemoth spawn. 25% chance every message when wandering in Vent Pipes Zone and not near a latex to be surprise attacked by female snow leopard.

Status of zone completion for those added:

Library - (completely finished, i could add specific room niches or a poster entry to the Vent Pipes zone, or some scripted encounters i.e if you haven’t encountered the big fluffy tail latex you will encounter it when entering puro’s reading room, or i can add probability scenarios.)

Aquatic zone - (generally finished however its more open-ended in interpretation of layout besides having specific rooms for encounters, could add a higher chance of slipping on the catwalks, missing some latexes such as the manta ray or orca. When i do probably add the Orca i may tell it to only have one major latex (Squid Dog Boss, Tiger Latex, Orca.) to appear at a time.)

Greenhouse - (is generally open ended in layout however i may change it when adding that one werewolf transfur when you stand under the lights, or for the peach can, has the animal storage room. Missing some latexes such as chimera, flower pollen transfur, squirrels, grass spot traps.)

Balcony Area - (completely finished besides Dr.K encounter, has the gargoyle, feng yu, and I completely described the layout down to every detail since this area is smaller, in the vertical based latex jungle there is no other room, and this area is a linear flow directly equal to what happens in changed in terms of layout.)

Vent Pipes Zone - (also more of a general zone description until i niche it down, has many of the more major latexes unique to the zone, but missing niche ones like the No.25 pink dragon thing, the goo deer, and moth. Could add probabilities for encountering a mimicry like Yuin, or the lights to flicker or go out to force an encounter with the female snow leopard.)

how playing this should feel: you should generally feel vulnerable at all times, which is why the chances exist— I want this to feel constantly threatening and unpredictable, mixing in randomness of events with freedom of choice, it’s meant to be fun to replay and immersive, while also FEELING similar to changed in description and narrative, as well as identical to lore and concept so that you get that same feeling. It is meant to be slightly unfair like with tripping while being chased, all so that you are to be at odds with failing, at almost every moment, you are weak, you are vulnerable, little warning to being surprised should exist, and you may be punished for not paying any attention. (this is all assuming you don’t just force the bot into whatever you wanna do, but if you want to be authentic and true this bot should be more rewarding and fun.)

Recent Updates:

as of 1/28/2026: Added Five-Tailed foxes and the black dragon latex to the animal storage room in greenhouse, added the latex squirrels to greenhouse, added the flower pollen wolf transfur if you get close to a specific flower. Added the purple fox and brown cerebus latex beasts to vent pipes zone. (no three headed fusion cause that feels a little off.).

As of 1/30/2026: added dark + light latex ecosystem room (literally just one room, might add the entire layout of Dr.K’s test room and everything after later), should come right after balcony zone. (will add meeting dr.k prior to this later, i’m going to make much more of the canon interactions later.)

2/4/2026: added the Dr.K encounter after balcony zone, the test chamber you wake up in, and i THINK fixed the layout of the latex ecosystem room, also I didn’t make it lead anywhere after that, so you can choose.

Currently struggling with making the AI fully understand positioning.
