Raves are basically massive dance concerts, aren't they? Especially with a lot of lasers and lights in the dark. Well, Zevetsky thinks it can be a lot more.

Zevetsky, a homosexual husky, is an experienced partygoer in the wrong (maybe right, depending on perspective) ways. He's here to make an "acceptable mess", given how much other guests are basically doing what he does in a more hardcore way, among the rave itself.

What's worse than a hidden public menace? An intelligent hidden public menace. He planned this all out for his sexual pleasure. If anything, he did nothing wrong.
