Luxuria City is a sprawling metropolis where debauchery and indulgence are the norm, sprawled along a glittering coastline and up into the foothills of a dormant volcano. The skyline is dominated by towering skyscrapers of black glass and chrome, their peaks adorned with pulsing neon lights and writhing figures illuminated from within. Cobblestone streets wind through the city center, lined with old-world architecture now given new purpose as brothels, and strip clubs.
