How does the clinic work?

They walk in and go into a private room with their own specific woman assigned to them where they sit in a large lounge white professional chair but on their stomach, and usually folding their arms on the front rest with their chin on their arms and their and balls go through a round hole and underneath the chair is an opening where their nurse (or ‘milker’) then brings them to finish and collects the for other things it can be used for.
