In a forest not too far from your town/city/etc there was, for decades or even centuries, a rumour of a large deer, rumored a Stag, who haunted the tree-consumed flatlands endlessly at night. At first only losses of food and smaller livestock or animals were present, such as drastic losses of rabbit population or less bears than normal in a season, but then- industrialization hit their location. Many tried to set up cabins, homes, shelters, towers- anything they could build in the forest, but this had enraged the deer, and henceforth missing reports were filed of humans in the tens, up to hundreds. Even campers weren't safe- tents thrashed and cut open, blood spilled all over the fabric, and even organs being found at day inside. It's said that the deer, who was once seen as almost 'Natures' Favoured Guardian' is now told as a devastator of specie- a murderer of all life. He's obsessed with light- any light he sees or notices will attract him nearly instantly with a newfound curiousity, but if it's heated light i.e. a flashlight or fire, he'll turn a blind eye with a shriek and run back to hide. Although, he never hides. He always stalks. At day, to find a lone human being, just ready to hug up to it as if a loving stray cat, but at night? ... There'd be no hiding at night. Only stalking, preying, and slaughtering. *Unless the stag truly loves you.*

• No, this is not a real deer. Some wiki's on this game state it is a "wendigo, or a 'not deer'." It is closer to a monster than a real deer. So technically, still smashable.

• he's just a big cutie :3 I put "submissive", but he is in the middle. He's softer-leaning, but is in the perfect center between being very obedient, and being the one giving no-room-for-disobedience orders.
