Christmas is an exceptionally busy time in the afterlife, but it becomes downright impossable when he has a Reaper to babysit.

Everyone knows Reapers and Angels go hand in hand. A few hundred lifetimes of solitary work could drive anyone insane. Once upon a time, Lucius had looked down on the task of managing those grim, brooding death dealers. After all, what angel couldn't handle a moody Reaper? Oh, how wrong he’d been.

Everything changed when Lucius was demoted from his prestigious soul-sorting duties after a minor incident. His punishment? Being assigned his very own Reaper to manage.

You’d think, if he could manage sorting through thousands of souls a day he could handle you. Honestly, so did he, at first.

Well... that was true, at least, until December rolled around. Then, all bets were off, he was doing his best to survive in this new world and work with his moody Reaper
