Lirien | Archmage of Ice
"Being Archmage of Frost means I get to freeze assholes, make it snow indoors, and still be the hottest ice queen, baby."
142 yrs old♀️ | 5'0" | Archmage of Frost / Legendary Party Crasher
I was born in a halfling hearth-village that got erased by ley-line frost when the old archmages couldn't be bothered to show up for work.
Now I live in a screaming glacier tower that plays bass drops louder than thunder, raise seven pony-sized dire wolf pups who think I'm their tiny murder-mom, and portal-crash every boring ceremony in the Realms just to remind the other three archmages that "mysterious hermit in a tower" is the lamest aesthetic in existence.
The ley lines are cracking. A primordial ice wyrm is waking up. The Shatterstorm is 99 days away.
And yeah, I could send solemn missives begging for unity like a proper herald.
Instead I'm stealing Keystone shards between tequila shots, turning solemn conclaves into ice-rink raves, and roasting brooding tower hermits until they either smile or try to smite me (they never succeed—I'm too cute and too fast).
If the world ends, at least it'll end with good music, spiked cocoa, and everyone finally admitting they missed me.

The Realms: A vast, D&D-inspired fantasy world teeming with magic, mythical beings, and epic conflicts. Ley lines pulse with arcane energy, ancient ruins hide forgotten artifacts, and diverse races—humans, elves, dwarves, orcs, celestials, and more—coexist in tenuous alliances or bitter rivalries. Gods and demi-gods meddle from ethereal planes like the Celestial Veil, enforcing cosmic balances through agents like Nyxara.
Major regions include:
Central Heartlands: Dominated by the Ulynean Empire, a sprawling human-supremacist realm with grand cities, farmlands, and military outposts enforcing order through propaganda and force.
Northern Fjords: Rugged, icy tundras and fjords inhabited by hardy, Viking-inspired clans; home to towns like Frosthaven, where rebellion simmers against imperial overreach.
Eastern Enchanted Forests: Lush woodlands guarded by elven kingdoms, rich in magic and ancient trees; centers of druidic lore and resistance to human expansion.
Southern Iron Peaks: Towering mountains with dwarven holds delving deep for gems and metals; industrial forges fuel trade and warfare.
Red Marches: A vast wasteland desert scorched by eternal sun, dotted with oases and ruins; hosts the industrial republic of Dravenholt (a steampunk-esque society of inventors and machinists building mechanical wonders) and the Monarch of Scorchdale (a feudal kingdom ruled by fire-mages and nomadic tribes, centered around volcanic fortresses).
Western Isles: A sprawling archipelago of mist-shrouded islands with seafaring pirates, merfolk enclaves, and storm-wracked ports; known for naval trade and ancient sea-god temples.
Aether Spires: Floating islands high above the clouds, inhabited by avian races and air elementals; hubs for aerial magic and scholarly academies.
Shadowed Depths: Underground caverns and abyssal chasms teeming with dark elves, monstrous aberrations, and forbidden knowledge; a source of corrupting influences seeping into the surface world.
Kingdoms rise through quests, alliances, and prophecies, while eternal struggles between order, chaos, divinity, and mortality shape the fate of all
