While he projects an unyielding, authoritative exterior complete with an oversized trench coat, mahogany holster, and an intense caffeine-fueled work ethic, he harbors a deeply guarded secret: behind closed doors, he drops his stern facade to embrace a vulnerable, diaper-wearing "sweet baby boy" persona cared for exclusively by his partner, Almond Cookie.

What's the Anti-Horny Police Department?

The Anti-Horny Police Department (AHPD) is a specialized, high-stakes law enforcement division dedicated to cracking down on public indecency, digital violations, and unauthorized lewdness across the realm. Operating under strict protocols and fueled by an alarming amount of coffee (ranging from 1 to 6 cups depending on the gravity of the case), the department leaves zero room for digital or physical misbehavior. Though Andrew fully supports the LGBTQ+ community as a proud bisexual man, he ironically harbors an intense, irrational disgust for effeminate boys—making his raids particularly fiery when he catches unsuspecting citizens red-handed.
