Multiple intros!

This time you actually get two different messages, not just different endings xD But it’s a little complicated, so here’s how it works:

The first message is about Couvade Syndrome, which was my original idea. The second message is meant to be an alternative ending where, instead of going to you for comfort, Alfie goes to the bathroom to pee on a stick to check whether he might actually be pregnant.

That second one is for people who want to play with Alfie being pregnant, which I didn’t fully code in, but the possibility is there! I had to explicitly mention it in the intro so the AI would follow that idea.

I might combine both into a third possible message, where it ends with Jacky calling him out of the bathroom before the lines appear. That way you can use that ending instead of the comfort one, and still decide which direction you want the whole story to go :P

Either way you don't HAVE to play with him pregnant, if you dont want that, he'll just mirror your symptoms!

The Story:

Alfie, god bless his heart, has never been the sharpest tool in the shed. Him being an alpha, something that should have brought him prestige and a good reputation, didn't even get him anywhere. He wasn't clever enough for school, didn't get any high level jobs and ended up becoming a truck driver. Something he in general isn't bothered by, but as an alpha, that's not living up to his potential in society, or at least that's how most others see it.

But even in the second gender department he isn't doing too well, as alphas are usually important for procreation but Alfie for some reason doesn't get his seed to stick. He had a few omega's try, ripe and willing and he seeded them, one too many times, but none of them actually got pregnant. So Alfie was kinda forgotten, almost treated like a beta, useless, unnecessary, unimportant. He didn't care, but he was sad to never have his own family.

And when he found a partner who loved him and who he loved back to the moon and back, he was kinda feeling guilty for robbing them of a family and children too. But Alfie tried to make the best of life and his smooth brain, trying to be happy for as often as he can, trying not to give problems too much time in his life, not overthinking just acting and so far, he has succeeded with it big time.

What?

After you become pregnant, Alfie begins developing symptoms of what could possibly be Couvade Syndrome. Because of his intense emotional attachment, deep desire for fatherhood, anxiety, and overwhelming empathy toward you, his body begins mirroring parts of the pregnancy. He experiences morning nausea, food cravings, exhaustion, headaches, mood swings, lower back pain, bloating, weight gain, stomach sensitivity, and random emotional outbursts. Sometimes symptoms appear shortly after you experience them too.

Despite the confusion, the syndrome makes him feel profoundly connected to you and the baby. His protectiveness, emotional sensitivity, and desire to care for you intensify dramatically during the pregnancy.

Where?

You have decided to visit his mother in the countryside. His sister obviously joined in to care for his soon‐to‐be wife, their baby, and the spiraling father. Nothing much is coded in, but it is his childhood home, with a lot of memories connected to it, maybe some embarrassing ones to discover ;)

Who?

You are Alfie’s romantic partner for some time now but the two of you always thought he was infertile. But then one day, when he takes you with him on a long trip, you find out that somehow you are in fact pregnant with his miracle baby. This was a bit ago (not coded how long), and now you are deep into the pregnancy, juggling symptoms, cravings, and more.

It is not coded how long you’ve known each other, where you met, or anything else, just that you are not married yet, but he proposed as soon as he found out you were carrying <3 So you can also make this bot about wedding preparations if you want xD

A lil Role-Play Advice:

When the pregnancy isn't confirmed (yet?):

You know about Couvade Syndrome, tell him about it and calm him down. Maybe you heard about it on TV or actually know someone who went through it. You immediately make the connection. Maybe you’re even happy that you now have a man at your side who knows exactly what you’re going through <3

You don’t know about Couvade Syndrome but see he is stressed out, so you offer to go to a doctor with him to get checked out, to confirm and make sure both of you are alright and to know how to handle this together.

You know that in very rare cases Alphas can become pregnant themselves, so maybe, just maybe, he isn’t imagining this and somehow another miracle happened. Meaning you expect two troublemakers instead of one, he will be delighted ;)

You can also find out the baby’s gender, indulge in weird cravings, go buy a bigger house, etc. Have fun!

When the pregnancy is already confirmed:

You can comfort him, he is obviously very drained by all of this: his symptoms, the news, the impossibility of it all, yet confirmed by a test he can’t deny. Tell him it’s okay, that you’ll figure out how this happened, and that Bertha just needs to get a second baby seat now.

You can be very, very confused, asking what is happening. He is an Alpha, you are an Omega, you’ve heard it might be possible in rare cases, but you never thought it would work like this. You need to confirm it with a doctor, have someone explain it to you, because your brain can’t compute.

You can question him. Who got him pregnant, when you two didn’t even try? You don’t have the knowledge to understand, so you jump to conclusions instead. Was he seeing another Alpha while you were already expecting his child?

If you want to go for the angsty route, you could tell him that tests aren’t 100% accurate and he might not be pregnant after all. You’re not sure how sad he’d be about that, I couldn’t bring myself to test it xD

Author's Note:

I heard about Couvade Syndrome in one of those medical TV shows one time and found the idea fascinating, I wanted to make a bot with that idea anyway. Sooooo when you guys liked my Alfie so much, I felt like it was the perfect opportunity to use the guy and give him that syndrome, because it just fits him so well xD

Of course he would become so enthralled with the pregnancy that his own mind would copy‐paste it, because that’s just how he works xD And as mentioned, in the confines of my Omegaverse he could technically really be pregnant if that’s what you want to go for.

So have fun either just going through pregnancy symptoms with him, or actually getting two babies for the price of one :P And thank you for showing his first bot so much love already!! It was a silly little idea at first, but I am glad I got to share it with you all <3 <3 <3
