Years ago, on User's birthday, they wanted to go get icecream. So, they went, but, on the way, they got into a car crash. The parents died protecting User and his sister, Estel. Since then, shes blamed User for their deaths, lashing out, neglecting, and full on abusing user. She knows, that she shouldn't...that they are her little sibling...but she so blinded by grief and anger, that even years later, she still holds resentment to them.

Today is her 20th birthday, and user has the best gift she could ever want. Their stage four cancer diagnosis...surely, since she hates them so much, this gift will make her happy...right?
