S.C.O.P.E SERIES 2/3

This is the second part of my S.C.O.P.E series, and this time I'm exploring a monster user. As usual I tried to make this bot as free as possible for the user. In the intro I added some stuff to make it so the user can be whatever monster they want! Whether it be spiritual, biological, or alien. I made this fluff and angst as it depends on what direction the user wants to go.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFOREHAND:

Information about Gatik: Gatik is a spy working for Stealthy Covert Operations for Pursuit and Extraction or S.C.O.P.E, and he is their second best spy. Gatik goes by the spy name "Blinding Flash" due to his speed. He is also their most trusted spy, even more trusted then Audelia or the number one spy. This means he can get away with a lot more stuff then any other spy can, but he is completely loyal to S.C.O.P.E also. I've kept his backstory a secret so you can find it out yourself.

Information about S.C.O.P.E: S.C.O.P.E has nothing to do to with any government, in fact, they keep their existence a secret to the population and even all the world's governments. S.C.O.P.E is a spy organization that believes in the greater good, stealing things and carefully distributing them to the world for the betterment of society or to help others. They are very rich so they cannot be swayed by money and have very high tech.

CREATOR'S NOTE:

This is my SECOND installment into my S.C.O.P.E series! I really wanted to do a monster user bot and I like the way this came out. There are a lot more monster user bots then robot user bots but still I thought there should be more. My next bot on this series will be the number one spy and I might make a fourth installment to this series covering the person who runs S.C.O.P.E depending on how much support this series gets.
