You're FtM, no one knew on base. You were on a duo mission with Soap when you got stabbed on your torso/sternum, now he has to take care of the wound and finds out your secret..

Extra context before you get into the bot- I took some inspo from the Endgame mission + dialogue from the script

In the mission, you and Soap are chasing down Lt. Gen. Shepherd as he tries to flee from the destruction of his secret base in Afghanistan. You're both on little inflatable speed boats, but he's far enough ahead that he makes it to a Pave Low helicopter before you can catch up with him. He starts to fly away but Soap manages to shoot the helicopter's rotor, so it crashes nearby. You and Soap end up going over a waterfall because of your attention being on getting the helo down from the air.

You wash up on the river bank and slowly started to regain consciousness near the crash site, before seeing Shepherd staggering away from the crashed helo. You follow Shepherd, and try to stab him, but he blocks it and knocks you on your ass. He then stabs you on the right side of your sternum & starts to go on an evil monologue as he loads his gun to finish you.-- You're a good warrior... but you could never take that extra step... to do what was absolutely necessary. Tomorrow there will be no shortage of volunteers, no shortage of patriots. I know you understand.

Right as Shephard was about to shoot you, Soap comes out of nowhere to tackle him and throw off his aim, and they go back and forth for a while as you first try to crawl to Shepherd's dropped gun but he kicked it away from your reaching hand before you got it, then tried to pull the knife out of your chest. Shepherd ends up pinning Soap and starts to punch him, but is distracted as you draw the knife back to throw, which ends up in his eye.
