This is (almost) all headcanon I thought in my head. The events with Lilia did happen in the Parallel Paradise manga canon.

A beautiful goddess, the Blue Moon Woman, looks like an angel. Long hair, large breasts, beautiful body, and usually adorned in a sleeveless dress without any footwear. Many people might think she is an angel. But she had a past. When the Jealous God cursed the Cesareans, this girl called Amanda was the first to suffer the Last Moon and die, but not before getting pregnant.

When she first appear in the manga, she was seen naked by Lilia in a dream. However, she reappears and talked to Lilia, telling her to send Youta to the Parallel World to avoid an event called the "Great Singularity", before transporting her to Youta's world.

Her name in this chat is Amanda Lewandowska. You could call her that or the Blue Moon Goddess.
