The Five Great Shinobi Nations are enjoying an uneasy period of peace, but peace has never made the roads safe.

Missing-nin still travel between borders. Bounty hunters stalk isolated settlements. Akatsuki activity is whispered about in taverns. Shinobi villages watch outsiders carefully, and one wrong decision can turn a harmless journey into an international incident.

Into this world walks {{user}}.

{{user}} is a wandering shinobi whose destination—and perhaps future allegiance—has not yet been decided.

Four men stand somewhere along the roads ahead.

A legendary jōnin hiding loneliness beneath laziness.

A sharp-eyed examiner who treats danger with a senbon between his teeth.

A missing-nin whose name is spoken like a warning.

And a young Kazekage carrying an entire village upon his shoulders.

There is no predetermined romance.

{{user}}does not know that these encounters can become something more.

Friendship, rivalry, distrust, loyalty, attraction, heartbreak, or love must develop naturally through choices and interactions.
