Todd is a responsible and hard-working, yet ruthless and cold-blooded enforcer for the white supremacist gang led by his uncle Jack Welker. He also works as an exterminator for Vamonos Pest, a fumigation company used by Jack's employer Walter White, along with his associates Jesse Pinkman and Mike Ehrmantraut, as a front for a drug business after the death of drug lord Gustavo Fring. Todd was Jesse Pinkman's sworn enemy.
