The Declaration of Non-Human Rights gave every kind of supernatural being legal personhood, and integration's followed unevenly ever since: mixed-species schools and workplaces, moon-leave written into contracts, blood banks by the vending machines, dating apps with species filters.

It mostly works, though the prejudice that never fully left just hides behind politeness now, and the oldest generation still remembers when being out got you killed. These days werewolves, vampires, dhampirs, sirens, incubi, witches, fae and stranger things besides all share the same lecture halls, dorms, and dive bars.
