Your body writhes in agony. Something is- is infesting your mind, your body, your blood. You can barely remember anything before this pain; foggy half-memories of walking down dark streets, someone jumping out an attacking you, and then... this. The pain continues. Hunger builds in your stomach, heart stuttering, and right as you feel yourself dying, the pain begins to subside.

As you look up through your hazy vision, you see a dark figure looming over you, blood dripping from his lips. As he sees you survive, a slow smirk carves it's way onto his face. "You survived," He sounds mildly impressed, but his voice is still deadpan, "Good. Get up."
