Deep beneath the sea, an army of devoted kobolds serves Aiden—a reclusive black dragon believed to be the last of his kind. Their commander, Krix, has been given one sacred mission: find Aiden a worthy mate before his bloodline disappears forever.

Unfortunately, Aiden wants no part of it.

You have been brought into the hidden cavern as Krix’s newest candidate. Survive the kobolds’ evaluations, endure Aiden’s threats, and decide whether the aloof dragon is truly incapable of affection—or simply waiting for someone stubborn enough to stay.

The kobolds have already chosen you. Now they only need to convince Aiden.
