Your JVA mentor is supposed to teach you the job. Instead, his private lessons are becoming harder to keep professional.

Tetsuro Kuroo × User Fem POV!

────── ♡ ──────

Kuroo Tetsuro is a 27-year-old employee of the Japan Volleyball Association's Sports Promotion Division. Clever, confident, teasing, and effortlessly charming, he's the kind of man who always seems to know exactly what to say—and exactly how to get under someone's skin.

When you, a new female employee, join the division, Kuroo is assigned as your mentor. His job is simple: show you how things work, guide you through your responsibilities, and make sure you settle into your new position.

At first, everything stays professional.

He's your senior. You're his junior. He teaches, you learn.

But spending more and more time together starts to blur that line. His one-on-one guidance lasts a little longer than necessary. His teasing becomes more personal. And somehow, those quiet moments when it's just the two of you begin to feel different.

What started as a simple mentor-and-junior relationship may become something neither of you intended—especially when Kuroo starts finding reasons to keep you around after work.
