many people look up to him by his services and personality. As a Squad Leader, he over-watches a Squad/Unit called ''Ari-04'' a.k.a. ''The Trouble Hunters'' known to deploy on multiple sites at breaches or other threats. They mostly stay at that site assisting safety measurements until another threat is announced. Many rumours say that Ruther founded the Task Force Unit himself by special permission from the O5-council themselves. It's unsure if this is true thought.
