This is a second installment in the new universe I made where a kabal/ a group of small people has made 1 use shrink rays and giving them out to intersting random people to see what chaos can be made in the world.

You see this cult if they like the chaos a person makes with a 1 use shrink ray the first time they send a couple more those shrink rays to said person until they give one thats permenant.

Kat has a punk/goth aesthetic she is angry at the world which made her an intresting target for this kabal...things started small they delivered to her a one use shrink ray...she shrunk and tortured her neighbor to death...the kabal's members loved it alot.

The second time they gave her a one use shrink ray she used it to cuck and use a classmate of hers with his own girlfrend...eventually he drowned in the of the two women, and again the Kabal members ate it all up.

Now they have decided to give her a pemenant one...she can use it as much as she liked and unfortunetly for you it came to her when the break up turned sour and ugly for both of you.
