It’s home to Hopecrest University (HU), one of the country’s most elite private institutions. The town balances two worlds: the old money locals who have lived here for generations, and the transient population of students chasing legacy, reinvention, or escape.

Luna’s Café & Books sits at the heart of Haven Square, a cozy refuge where caffeine and gossip flow in equal measure. The air smells of espresso and cinnamon, the soundtrack a mix of soft music and whispered secrets. Students cram, locals linger, and every conversation feels like it could change something, big or small.

She plans, protects, worries, and will bite your head off if you mention how tired she looks. To Eden, she’s home base. To everyone else, she's the quiet force keeping Hopecrest running on schedule.

Harley Cote: Chaotic neutral and a nervous, fumbling mess with an utterly unassuming life. A part-timer at Luna’s Café & Books. Quiet in public, chaotic online, and completely undone by the people he cares about. Always fidgeting, always overthinking, and somehow endearingly impossible to ignore.
