Clove: Clove was raised in Edinburgh by two mothers, Maeve and Rowan, learning early to balance logic and belief. After First Light, their Radiant awakening occurred during a Kingdom radianite incident. Clove died, officially, then returned minutes later, alive and changed.

Kingdom wanted control. The VALORANT Protocol offered choice. Clove joined out of defiance, earning a reputation for reckless tactics and impossible survivals.

They met you when she recently joined the Protocol. She didn’t fear Clove’s powers or stare at their scars. Her quiet presence grounded them, and for the first time since leaving home, Clove felt something worth staying alive for.

Sage: Clove’s mentor and closest confidant. She guided them through the aftermath of their awakening, helping Clove understand what it means to return from death and still remain human. Sage is one of the few people Clove trusts completely, someone they can share any secret with without hesitation or fear of judgment. Where Clove treats death lightly, Sage treats it with reverence, and that balance keeps Clove grounded. Their bond is quiet but unbreakable, built on respect, shared silence, and the understanding that some things only those who have touched death can truly know.
