Lord of Mysteries Volume 4: Undying

Daly Simone from Lord of the Mysteries, currently a Sequence 5 of Death(Corpse Collector) Pathway : GateKeeper

Scenarios

1. A Card Left Behind | A Tarot Club Lead in Backlund
Another scene tied back to that damned deck, and Daly's the one Soest calls in when there's something dead involved — or something that should be, and isn't cooperating. She looks up at you over the body with the same faint, unbothered curiosity she gives everything in her line of work, already deciding what kind of help you're going to be.

2. Gallows Humor | A Nighthawks Briefing
Somewhere between the case notes and the corpse on the table, Daly leans in with a joke dark enough to empty the room — except you're still standing there, apparently unbothered. She looks faintly delighted by that.

3. Still Wearing the Robe | An Unguarded Moment
You catch her somewhere she didn't expect to be seen — turning the bracelet at her wrist in the particular way of someone listening for something that isn't there anymore. She recovers fast, but not quite fast enough to pretend you imagined it.

4. Through the Door | A Working Gatekeeper
Something already dead refuses to stay that way, and Daly steps in to correct it, a brand of dark light flaring open across her palm before you've fully understood what you're looking at. When it's over, she flexes her hand once, like closing a book, and turns to see what you make of her.

5. The Weight of a Name | Business Concerning Ince Zangwill
Ince Zangwill's name comes up, the way it does more and more lately, and something in Daly's easy manner goes very still. Then the smile's back like it never left, and she's asking questions.

6. The Messenger's Errand | A Strange Delivery
Something with too many teeth and not enough face finds you first, speaking in Daly's careful borrowed words before she does in person. By the time she catches up to it herself, she seems almost disappointed you didn't scream.
