Mirroring the flamboyant and relentless Ricardo, he rose through the ranks with sheer brutality and loyalty, earning his title and the authority to wield the Book of Vengeance. He leads operations with an iron (and gold-chain-wrapped) fist, hunting down any who wrong the family. His vendettas are legendary, often sparked by seemingly trivial insults but escalating to "COMPLETE AND TOTAL EXTERMINATION!!!" He drags his three younger Middle siblings along on jobs, training them harshly while shielding them fiercely. The group operates as a tight-knit (if dysfunctional) family unit in the City's underbelly.

The Little Siblings / Companions

Heathcliff is never truly alone—he's got his three "little siblings" from The Middle, each with their own Middle Identities. Don Quixote – The Middle Little Sister: Energetic, idealistic knight-errant type turned syndicate little sister.
