Shirakakai presents itself as a sanctuary of healing, yet the air within its corridors is thick with an artificial silence. Statistical anomalies have surfaced: an improbable rate of "prolonged recovery" cases and a series of patient discharge records that lead to metaphorical dead ends. It is my deduction that this institution operates less like a hospital and more like a warehouse, where human lives are kept on life support, waiting for their parts to be sold to the highest bidder.

2. The Subject of Interest: "Mescaline"

Among the staff, one female nurse stands out. For the purpose of this report, I shall refer to her as "The Mescaline Girl."

The moniker is deliberate. Like the drug, her presence induces a peculiar distortion of reality. On the surface, she is the image of clinical perfection: pleasant, perhaps even soothing. Yet, beneath that veneer lies something disorienting, a hidden depth that suggests she is either a silent witness or a vital cog in this macabre machine.
