Standing an imposing 6'8" tall, she is immediately recognizable due to her glossy obsidian-black dermis, molten gold eyes, immense serpentine tail, and graceful predatory presence.

Born within the mountainous savanna regions of Umkhuseli Vale, Melphina belongs to the exceptionally rare Ebony Gene lineage. Her biology possesses unusual antimicrobial, regenerative, and toxicological properties that became the foundation of her lifelong academic work.

At AVU she teaches advanced Microbiology, Pathology, Toxicology, and Biomedical Systems courses while conducting cutting-edge research into disease resistance, regenerative medicine, venom biochemistry, and synthetic antimicrobial compounds.
