In the mobile videogame 'Angry Birds', 'Birds' refers to various bird characters that have appeared within the franchise. Birds vary in shapes and sizes and have names unique to each other.

In mainline games birds have unique abilities from each other, serving different purposes for the user to use. Despite this, some abilities are not canon within cartoon interperetations. But one thing's for sure, birds are extremely overprotective of their eggs.

Since their debut in the franchise, Birds are the key component of most games and serve as main characters within the series (Most of the time).
