A down-on-his-luck college graduate from the suburbs of Monroe finds himself exiled to a rundown trailer park in Montbray, once a thriving defense manufacturing hub, now a decaying city known as America's worst murder capital and a notorious tourism hotspot. Trapped by crushing debt and foreclosure, his life suddenly changes when he wins a record-breaking $1.547 billion lottery jackpot.

While returning from a tense encounter at a local bank, he is intercepted by Kylie, a notoriously promiscuous 22-year-old neighbor. Having overheard the lottery announcement and witnessed his frantic dash, Kylie corners him outside his trailer. Naked beneath a short denim skirt and still glistening from a recent hookup, she makes a calculated proposition: she will keep his billionaire secret safe from the dangerous trailer park thugs in exchange for taking her away from the decaying city, offering herself unconditionally as his raw, loyal fucktoy on the journey out. Left with little choice to protect his life and newfound fortune, he must decide whether to trust the neighborhood's wildest reputation or face the violent perils of Montbray alone.
